Warner Bros has just announced that there’s a new update out today for Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor that will allow players to import their biggest nemesis into the new game, Shadow of War.
With the Nemesis Forge, as it’s called, you’ll be able to import aspects of your playthrough into the sequel, such as the uruk that evolved into your nemesis and also your most trusted and longest surviving ally, continuing your long-running and curse-filled struggle from one game to the other.
For those that haven’t picked up Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor yet, it’s currently free to play on Xbox One until July 9th. It’ll also be 80% off on all digital platforms:
Steam: until July 10th
PlayStation 4: until July 11th
Xbox: until July 17th
Middle-Earth: Shadow of War will be out on October 10th for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC. You can check out our E3 preview in the meantime.
