Diablo 3’s receiving new content next week, on the 27th. Priced at $15, ‘Rise of the Necromancer’ is set to bring one of Diablo 2’s fan favorite classes into the current game on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
It includes an assortment of bonuses like a new non-combat pet, more bank tabs for PC owners of Reaper of Souls, as well as a new banner, along more cosmetic trinkets. For more info on the DLC, be sure to check out this FAQ.
After a delay that hit Season 11, many believed that the necromancer would only be coming out in July, only a month after it hit the public test realm, but that’s apparently not the case. Be mindful that Season 10 is still active for three more days. It’s set to end on the 23rd at 5 PM Pacific, so you’ll have to wait a while before having a go at that with your shiny new class.
You can also find out a little bit more of what the necromancer is all about in the short sizzle reel below that Blizzard’s put out along with the announcement.
